His experience spans global banking and multinational environments, holding senior roles in operations, sales, product, and risk. He excels at building high-volume, execution-intensive businesses, optimizing costs, and improving performance in regulated markets.

Suneel has also shaped Indian industry frameworks, working closely with regulators. He founded the Cash Logistics Association, was a founding member of the RBI-backed Currency Cycle Association, and served on the FICCI Maharashtra State Council Executive Committee. He advises clients on growth strategy, operating models, and transformation, combining practical execution with an institutional approach to long-term value.

Sushil is a veteran CFO with 35+ years of leadership across engineering, manufacturing, IT distribution, and financial services. He has successfully led governance transformations, executed complex M&A deals, and carried out corporate debt restructuring across diverse industries.
